This was my last resort, I had tried everything from doctors to pain meds. Nothing helped my periods, I was bed ridden for the whole week just crying and puking and light headed from the pain. I didn’t dare even leave my house cause I bled so much . My mom told me to try this stuff and I was septical but after a month of taking I could see the results already. I only needed ibuprofen for one day out of my period and the rest I didn’t even know I was on my period. I also noticed that I didn’t have huge acne flare ups, I didn’t have the crazy mood swings before it came, I didn’t have the insane bloat during or before.
