Shipping policy
All verified orders will receive a confirmation email as well as a secondary email with tracking information. Tracking information can also be provided by downloading the Shop app.
All orders are evaluated for fraud. If an order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds released back to the original payment method.
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days however during sales, launches, holidays and unforeseen events it may take up to 5-10 business days to process. This does not include time in transit (shipping time).
Shipping is offered at a discounted flat rate. Discounted Flat Rate shipping does not apply to orders outside the United States (international).
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard: 1-5 business days (domestic) after order processing.
Where We Ship:
We ship worldwide. Additional international shipping fee's & charges maybe charged by the currier.
Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:
We typically do not change orders once they are placed due to them going directly into processing. If you do require a change please contact our customer service as soon as possible at wholesale@rowecasaorganics.com
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the events that you were shipped a damaged or defective product please reach out to our customer services as soon as possible at wholesale@rowecasaorganics.com
Return Policy:
We at Rowe Casa Organics maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges on wholesale orders. If you receive items that are damaged, please email wholesale@rowecasaorganics.com within 14 calendar days of receipt of damaged shipment. Thank you!
