I keep by my bed for when I wake up with racing thoughts in the middle of the night. Works!

I bought this for my daughter to keep on her desk at work. By afternoon she is feeling quite stressed at work. She will use this to help reorganize her thoughts and ground herself. She says it works within minutes. The first time she used it, it did make her terribly sleepy so I would test this before using it at work or school.

I think it smells a lot better than the anxiety relief. I wouldn’t say it’s an automatic or fast acting fix, but I helps me feel more grounded for sure.
