      Nice but no go

      I bought this in hopes of relieving chronic constipation. I follow the suggestions of Rowe Casa and include their recommendations for my issue. I am not finding relief with this product but it is a nice daily ritual around my belly button. Plenty of water, fiber, exercise, and recommendations from GA. Maybe relief will take more time. Used for 2 months 3x a day.
