I have constant allergies, so I bought this for daily use. I don’t always want to spray something up my nose, so this is perfect for me. I roll a little dab under each nostril and a few seconds later I feel I’m better able to breathe. I can feel the airways open and it makes it so I can breathe through my nose and it stops my sniffling. This helps me sleep better since it makes it easier for me to breathe. I wish I had this when my kids were little! An odd note, I swipe my ears as well to help alleviate stuffed ears too.
