    To Use

    To Use: Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Muscle Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed to soothe sore and tense muscles. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.

      My husband loves these bath salts

      These salts came in handy after a hard days work in the yard using muscles he doesn’t use a lot. He was so sore and a hot bath with these salts brought him immediate relief

      Great after a long hike

      I love to hike. The muscle recovery bath salts are wonderful when I've done a long hike. It helps those sore muscles to soak in the tub with the bath salts. So relaxing.

      RA ISSUES

      I have recently been diagnosed with RA and really didn't know how to handle the results. I hurt most of the time, and my joints and muscles are sore most of the time. I was able to get this muscle recovery bath salt and it has helped so much. So thankful for all the RCO products but then I see and feel results, I will always be thankful for every product.
