I've been using this on sore muscles, stiff neck, and my knees when needed; and have felt relief. The Lotion rubs in and is less greasy than the Cream; especially when applying to my neck, as I don't want my hair to become greasy. The Cream seemed to work better on my knees and other muscle area as it's thicker, and I felt that I can really rub/massage it in. I guess it just depends on what area that you're going to apply it to.

I have suffered with chronic pain all my life. I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome, both of which keep me in agony nightly. I use one full pump on each calf and on each knee. Those 4 pumps take away the spasms and aches before I even finish rubbing the lotion in. The lotion is slightly oily so I make sure to wear loose old pants or keep a blanket between my skin and furniture. It takes a while to absorb, but it’s not thick so it’s doesn’t make me sweat at night. It smells very pleasant, like many other muscle ache lotions, but not as strong (which is good). It feels cool so I rub it between my hands to take away some of the coldness. I do wish the bottle was bigger, for what this is intended and for the amount needed, the bottle is surprisingly small. I go through a bottle a month and I use it about 3-4 times a week.
