      It has all the good oils

      Im not sure how it works, but as suggested, I out it on with the P boost and it seems to mellow me out and helps me sleep.

      Helps!

      I'm post-menopausal with only a few symptoms, and by adding Menopause Relief, P-Boost and T-Balance I have seen a reduction in my hot flashes. I recently contacted RC and received suggestions to up my drops to 3 each to see if it takes care of the annoying morning hot flash I'm still experiencing. I'm very pleased with all the Rowe Casa products.

      Helps fight the hot flashes

      I bought this oil locally when I was running low on hormone kit oils. It worked great to help keep my hot flashes from happening until I received my new hormone kit. I have added it to the hormone kit regimen with great results.
