      Ive been using this after my neurologist suggested trying a magnesium product for my migraines. I spray back of my neck/head or on fingers and rub into my forehead/temples for relief!

      Love this so much!

      I haven’t slept this good in really long time! I use this and the cherry tart and I get a full 6 hours without waking. This is huge for me!

      Works but rather have the cream

      It works but make my skin very dry feeling. Sometimes it even burns. I will purchase the magnesium cream next time.
