      You know when its working!

      Each time I've used this I get "sick" but really its my body draining the gunk. My nose runs and my throat gets a little sore but I know its working. Usually within a day or so I'm feeling way better. Don't use it if you're already sick though!

      Great post shower!

      I do the lymphatic drainage dry brushing prior to my shower “spa” to relax & release the constant tension in my body. I use this cream post shower which adds additional relaxation & lymphatic drainage when you massage it in. Super moisturizing & smells wonderful. You’ll need to chill in a bathrobe or pajamas for a bit to let it absorb!
