      Just okay - prefer RCO Mixed Berry flavor

      I have been using electrolyte/hydration packets for years and I was super excited when Rowe Casa came out with their own - so much that I ordered bags of both flavor packets. The Mixed Berry flavor is delicious! However, as much as I usually prefer lemon-lime in other brands, I am not a fan of the RCO version, unfortunately. For some reason, the lemon-lime tastes too "fake sweetener-y" to me and I have to dilute it a lot just to finish it. I've started adding small amounts to my water WITH the mixed berry because I hate to waste the money.

      While the berry one is less salty than other 'clean' brand options, it seems like this lemon-lime flavor is saltier.

      In my opinion, if you're trying to decide between the two, go with the Mixed Berry..... it tastes like freeze dried blueberries/strawberries/raspberries crushed into powder. So refreshing!

      Amazing hydration

      The string is so clean, refreshing amazing and good for you! I gave some to my neighbor who had a bone marrow transplant, he smd his wife need to stay hydrated and keep up their immunity! They loved it and ordered both flavors! My grandkids love the berry too! Sveryone should have this
