It definitely makes hair soft but I had to wait quite a while for it to soak on my hair to really feel the difference when I brushed.

I haven't used this yet, but mine arrived with a quite damaged box, due my post office. The detangler was spilled inside, probably a half ounce. I sent pictures and asked customer service if there was anything I could do, and they sent me a new one for free! They were so kind and quick to respond!

This hair detangler is amazing! I use it on my 3yr old daughter who gets nots and stuff in her hair from sleeping and playing. She loves it too. The sprayer would be better if it sprayed more of a mist as opposed to a hard stream but it works great either way.

I wasn’t sure if it was going to work or not since I have very thick course hair. I absolutely love it and it works soo well! I would absolutely recommend though spraying into your hands first and then applying though.

My niece has very sensitive scalp and very thin hair that gets messy very easily. She loves her long hair so we use the spritz to help with the tangles. We spray on and leave it for a little - maybe 5 to 15 min. Works beautifully!
