I think the hole needs to be larger and the spout needs to be longer. The face wash clogs the pump very easily, which make it very difficult to get any foam out of the pump to wash my face.

I had 2 pumps on my face wash that didn’t work. I was sent new ones at no charge and they are working fine. Agent was really nice and helpful.
