      38 years old and time has been catching up. I was taking DIM with helped with a handful of issues (breast soreness, achy/cramping pain, hormonal acne), but I wanted to phase it out. I decided I was tired of taking pills, so looked for an essential oil to fill in the gap. I do still take DHEA and an herbal hormone blend. This has greatly mitigated many of the issues DIM helped with.
