      Amazing!

      I actually purchased the whole hormone kit and decided that this one fit the best for what I needed, along with two others. After about 2 weeks I started to see a drastic change in mood swings between cycles and right before a new cycle. I have been using a combination of the 3 for about 4 months now and my body is more calm and my mind is less “6 lane traffic”. Highly recommend if you know something is “off” but you can’t quite place your finger on it, this is a good place to start!

      It works but it takes consistency

      I haven’t had a regular period in over 5 years and when I did it was light spotting once or twice a year. I started using this on my wrists and after a month I got a full period and another one the following month! Makes me a believer this is getting my hormones back in check.
