    This gentle face toner is designed to target blemish-prone skin and to clarify the complexion while helping to remove excess oil and impurities, leaving the face feeling clean and revitalized. Formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients to nourish skin without clogging pores.

    To Use

    To Use: Shake well. After cleansing the face, pour toner onto a cotton pad and apply to face. Follow with preferred Rowe Casa face serum and/or face cream.

      Terrible

      Okay so I was very hesitant to write this because I LOVE all of Rowecasa’s products but this unfortunately, not only didn’t help my acne but after running out for a couple weeks than restocking. My skin started breaking out after it had been clear the whole time I was out. I’m not sure what in this was triggering the breakouts but I’m very disappointed
