I’ve used this in my humidifier at night when I’ve been to sports practice with the kids and this has helped me to still be able to breathe at night when normally I wouldn’t have been able too. Smells good too! I’ve applied topically as well and works great that way too.

My husband and me both have been stopped up from allergies and after diffusing this for a while we were both opened up and able to blow our noses.
