I absolutely love this product. When I originally ordered a few things for the very first time, I added this because I was curious if it would give me a little ‘boost’. Honestly, I take a tablespoon each morning and I no longer get the 1pm-2pm sleepiness that I usually get daily. I have three children under the age of 5, and this product makes me feel so productive and able to keep up with them all day long. When I ran out for a week or so I definitely felt the slump without. It’s clean, and not full of junk, but still adds so much pep to my day. I will definitely continue buying this.

I originally reviewed that I couldn’t stomach the taste and had to stop taking it. Well, I noticed a difference when I stopped! This helps so much with my energy levels throughout the day that I just had to get back on it. Honestly, now that I’m 3 bottles in, the taste doesn’t bother me at all.

The claim that it relieves stress is mostly true. I’m a school teacher and for those who are in the field, you know that elementary education can be stressful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I’ve only seen it work briefly. I have to take it for a longer period of time to see the full effects.
