To Use
To Use: Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Muscle Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed to soothe sore and tense muscles. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.
