    To Use

    To Use: Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Muscle Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed to soothe sore and tense muscles. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.

      Love the bath salta

      I really love these bath salts for after a hard workout! I soak in these salt ha then use the muscle and joint cream. The next day I feel great!! No soreness at all! I would love the see the bath powders come back though. They were my favorite!!
