      Restless leg syndrome

      Every time I get close to my cycle I get RLS. I usually take a magnesium drink but could tell my body just didn’t want to absorb magnesium during that time too. I started using this just to see and BAM no more RLS. It works pretty quickly too so if I forget the moment I put it on I’m feeling relief within 5 minutes.
