First off, the consistency of this stuff is like butter- SO SO good. I had a knot pop up in my right earlobe (close to my neck) and I started applying the cream to the area (in case it was a swollen node) and within a couple days the knot was gone.

I feel more energized and like my body is working better. I have an autoimmune issue so I’m constantly fighting inflammation and adding the lymphatic massage with the RCO lymph cream is a game changer. I look forward to my nightly routine. When I repurchase I will probably buy the cream and the lotion to try out the differences. The only downside to the cream is that it gets a little messy since it isn’t in pump form.
