    To Use

    To Use: Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of tea leaves and place in a cup. Add 8oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

      Great Flavor and Calming

      I love this tea for its flavor and it just makes me feel calm. I can't say it helps me sleep as I haven't noticed a difference on days that I drink it vs. not. But, if I feel I'm a bit worked up in the evening drinking this does help calm the day. I love the rose flavor.

      Very high quality ingredients. You can see the flowers in your tea, its beautiful.

      Bad taste.
