    To Use

    To Use: Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of tea leaves and place in a cup. Add 8oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

      tastes good and it works!

      I've always loved this tea when I wasn't feeling well as it is really soothing on a sore throat. I was diagnosed with pneumonia a couple weeks ago and I didn't feel like I was turning the corner until I had this consistently every day. I think the anti-inflammatory properties finally helped me stop using the nebulizers and inhalers!
