I’m not a big fan of spearmint flavor, but this tea is actually really good. I drink it after dinner and I’ve already noticed a reduction in my acid reflux.

During a recent cold I drank this tea and added a dose of the RC cough medicine, juice of one lime and a little more honey. Tasted amazing. I never developed a cough like I usually do.
