      Finally a full nights rest

      I struggle with sleeping and my mind not “shutting off” for the night. Thought I would give this a try since nothing else had worked. I slept so good and didn’t wake up over and over with my mind racing. Not sure how long it’s been since I’ve had a restful nights sleep but this will now be my nightly routine.
