      I enjoy using my sleep roller and feel a bit more relaxed. I also enjoy taking this along with tart cherry. It’s been helpful for me to transition off of melatonin drops.

      Not too bad for sleep!

      I like it but I think the spray may help me better. This scent fades out fast when applying under my nose.

      this roller ball is the BEST! I keep it by my bedside. Rub a little on the wrists, forehead and neck and I sleep like a baby. It REALLY works and helps your mind relax
