      I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it! I have hormonal imbalances that I’m going through my dr. to fix. One issue with that is my sleep is horrible. Since getting this, I apply 1-2 pumps onto the bottom of my foot every night before bed and rub it in.

      My Apple Watch tracks my sleep and oh my gosh what a difference! I went from waking up multiple times a night and not getting into a deep sleep, to sleeping through the night and maybe waking up once for the bathroom. My sleep has been deeper too.

      I have 3 girls, one of them has trouble sleeping. I gave it a try on her and she now asks to have it every night. It’s improved her sleep as well. This is a forever staple in my house now.

      Magnesium gel

      I sleep like a baby after applying this every night before bed to the tops of my feet and on my legs. I've also used it on my husbands ankle to help with inflammation and pain!
