Y’all, this stuff really works. I don’t love the smell of lavender and I completely expected it to be a super strong lavender scent, but it’s not. It’s a very mild scent all around. I can’t believe how well it works. Plus, it’s very calming and I sleep so peacefully all night long.

I bought this to help with my post menopausal sleep (or lack there of). I thought it would make me instantly fall asleep, which it didn’t. But what it DID do is keep me in a deep sleep alllllll night long, which never, ever happens. I am so excited to spray this each night! And it smells great!
