      Lotion vs. Cream

      I've been using this on sore muscles, stiff neck, and my knees when needed; and have felt relief. The Lotion rubs in and is less greasy than the Cream; especially when applying to my neck, as I don't want my hair to become greasy. The Cream seemed to work better on my knees and other muscle area as it's thicker, and I felt that I can really rub/massage it in. I guess it just depends on what area that you're going to apply it to.
