I used the lymphatic lotion on my face because I thought the cream would be too heavy. And, I used the cream on 6 major lymphatic drainage areas. In just 3 days, the numerous swollen lymph nodes under my chin, due to a tooth abcess/failed root canal, are practically GONE. I applied the cream under my chin, and on my neck and clavicle areas, morning and night. As well as on other major lymphatic drainage pathways: armpits, tummy, groin, back of knees, and inner folds of forearms. On morning 4, the swollen lymph nodes under my chin are practically GONE. I have to press REALLY hard to feel them this morning, day 4. I've had ultrasounds every 1-6 months for 8 months now. And, my doctor had advised me that surgical removal and biopsy of the larger swollen lymph nodes was the next step. But, after using the lymphatic cream and lotion for just 3 days, the swollen lymph nodes are very hard to find. Twice daily, I also used a silicone Guasha-like tool (pictured) to massage my face and neck. And, I lightly massaged/tapped the major lymphatic areas mentioned to increase lymphatic drainage. I couldn't be happier with these two lymphatic products. Especially because my face is sensitive and a lot of products make my face break out. I bought two jars of the lymphatic cream for continued, full body use. But, just a LITTLE goes a very long way. So, this has been an excellent investment in my health. Thank you Rowe Casa. ❤️
