      I use 3 drops of each of the Menopause Relief, T-Balance and P-Boost nightly and it has helped with my remaining post-menopausal symptom of a hot flash upon waking up. I started using only 2 drops of each and didn't see much of a change, so I emailed Rowe Casa hormone help and they suggested to up the drop usage to 3 each. It did resolve my issue after a few weeks of consistent use. Thank you, Rowe Casa!
