      It has all the good oils

      Im not sure how it works, but as suggested, I out it on with the P boost and it seems to mellow me out and helps me sleep.

      Really works for hot flashes

      My hot flashes came in with vengeance and were happening a few times a day. At night I would wake sweating. After starting this blend, my hot flashes have disappeared almost completely! I put two drops on my wrist and one on my belly before bed and before starting my day. The other night I was about to go to sleep and realized I had forgot to put on my drops because I was beginning to sweat! Worth every penny.
