      It works but it takes consistency

      I haven’t had a regular period in over 5 years and when I did it was light spotting once or twice a year. I started using this on my wrists and after a month I got a full period and another one the following month! Makes me a believer this is getting my hormones back in check.

      Helps to balance hormones

      I always notice when I don’t use this because I feel off-balance. I’m 38 in perimenopause. I would still love to have a baby so I’m doing everything I can.
