      Moisturizing

      Very moisturizing but did not remove all my eye makeup. Had to use more effort to get all my mascara off. Used on regular mascara not waterproof. Was very soft and moisturizing for the eye area.

      I have super sensitive skin and using makeup remover or wipes tends to leave my eye areas red and swollen. I haven’t had any redness or swelling with RC’’s remover. It’s light, creamy and does a great job removing my mascara.

      First time user and I really like it. This eye makeup remover is really nice. It’s not greasy or oily. Removes eye makeup well and doesn’t irritate your eyes. Will def buy again.
