      Love this stuff

      I use this morning and/or night. Although most people take it to assist with sleep at night, I will often take it in the mornings when feeling of anxiety and stress start to creep in. It helps to relax my mind and start the day off right!! Love both formulas but preferred the honey one best.

      I have purchased many times but I won’t anymore until the new formula is ready. It is too sweet with the Stevia. It does help with sleep so I look forward to purchasing in the future.
