      Helps me sleep better

      I have been dealing with health issues. (trying to narrow it down, but think it's due to mold) for like 8 months. I've been learning more about the vagus nerve and how important it is for overall health. This roller helps me feel more calm and has helped me sleep better. Looking forward to seeing what other benefits I get from it. I just bought a second one to keep in my purse.
