Our family of 5 love the deep sleep oil roller and use it every night! We have 3 kids and they all ask to use their “wrist roll” every night as part of bedtime routine. It smells great!! I do see a difference in my kids sleep patterns when they use it or not!

This hasn't seemed to help me. I'm on my 3rd week using every night. The roller ball doesn't seem to work very well so it's hard to get much product on.

I thought I have always slept well, don't really have a problem going to sleep, but sometimes I'am a light sleeper and little things would wake me up....husband lol. I have bought and loved a few other products from RC so I decided to try this one and WOW! I'm sleeping so good now that I will wake on my own right before my alarm goes off and that is glorious! Love it so much my husband is now using and a couple of friends. All Love it! Will not go without! Way to Go Rowe Casa!!

They’ve always been great sleepers so I’m not sure if it “works” or they just love the scent! It smells so good. I’ve always struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep. This helps me relax and fall asleep faster, but I still wake up during the night, grab my oil, rub my wrists and forehead and fall back asleep fairly quickly. Must have on my nightstand!

While I love the smell of this, I haven't noticed any improvement in my sleep. And I use along with the Magnesium cream.
