This is ABSOLUTELY amazing for my sleep!! As long as I’m not lazy/ or too tired to put on before I fall asleep.
I usually wake up for some reason in the night and cannot fall back to sleep.
BUT when I put this on…. I have ALWAYS been able to go back to sleep and truly “sleep deep”.
Usually things work initially and then stop.
But so far the last year or so, it still works!!!! I feel like I cannot have enough. I HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased this salve to use in conjunction with Tart Cherry Support and magnesium cream and/or spray for better sleep. As we get older, sometimes it's difficult to fall asleep and sleep well all night. This salve is a great addition. I gave it four stars because I'm not a fan of salve consistency, as it can be a little greasy and needs to be rubbed in well.
