I suffer from PMDD and these drops have helped me soooo much! The first couple weeks I started breaking out really bad, I’ve never been one to have breakouts. But after that I couldn’t really tell if they were doing anything. I was in a good head space and life was just good. Until I ran out. The first time and the only time I will ever run out, everyone around me could tell something was off. I didn’t realize it was the drops that balanced everything out so well. So I gave everyone a fair warning and apologized in advance if I was being a not so nice person. I got back on the drops and within a few days I was back to being my happy self.
