I bought this product some time ago knowing I have anxiety & depression and of course would rather use something natural vs medication to help when things get to be too much.. as I don’t need something all the time but on an as needed basis which makes me hate taking the medication for it when I don’t need it all the time.

Last Friday was a day of unfortunate events & just so much stress !! I was stressing and my anxiety sky rocketed .. I remembered I had this and honestly I didn’t think it would really do anything , literally laughed like ha like this is going to help … I took two droppers as the instructions say & within a half hour I just felt so much calmer and more at peace and able to think through things a little easier … I couldn’t believe it … I was in such disbelief I checked my Apple Health (I wear an Apple Watch) and at the point my anxiety was off the charts my heart rate was up to 117 ! And no I was not running around .. was literally sitting freaking out.. then within an hour of taking the anxiety tincture my resting heart rate was back down to 74 …. I was AMAZED ! I couldn’t believe it — thank you Rowe Casa !
