When I use it, it seems to clear out my sinuses well.

I try to use it when I feel something coming on whether allergies or sinus issues

My 5 and 8 year old children take it very well. At first they didn't want to do it, they were afraid. But now, every time they have a stuffy nose, they come and ask for it.

I'm grateful I ordered this in advance to use in the colder climates . This has been my go to with all the dry indoor heat and cold days . My nose has had to adjustment to the temperatures and I've had some complications and this truly has been my relief .
