      Love this!

      I just recently started having perimenopause symptoms, specifically night sweats and moods. I’ve been using this every night for about a month and I can tell a huge difference in my moods! My night sweats are almost completely gone too!

      It has all the good oils

      Im not sure how it works, but as suggested, I out it on with the P boost and it seems to mellow me out and helps me sleep.

      It's a routine

      This is a regular item I purchase to help keep my hormones balanced. I use as directed after my shower to start the day. I use p boost too. I'm trying to remember to use that one at night.
