I bought the salve because RC Deep Sleep Lotion was sold out. I enjoy trying new things so I ordered the salve. It smells different than the lotion, but it is a pleasant scent. I rub it on my forehead and feet before bedtime. I fall asleep fairly quickly and stay asleep most of the night.
