I have been using electrolyte/hydration packets regularly for years and was excited to try both flavors from Rowe Casa - I ordered both as soon as they became available. The mixed berry is a more natural, lighter and better tasting option than the lemon-lime, which was surprising to me (I usually prefer the lemon-lime in other brands). I prefer the diluted flavor, so I add half of a stick to a regular 16.9 oz bottle of water or the whole stick if I have a larger 1L bottle of water. In my opinion, the mixed berry flavor literally tastes like freeze dried strawberries/blueberries/raspberries crushed up into powder - which is what I was hoping for. RCO Electrolytes are also a bit less salty than LMNT or some other similar 'clean' brands, which I also like.

If you are looking to try the RCO Electrolytes, go with the mixed berry rather than the lemon-lime. I wish I would have listened to the RCO rep I spoke with who told me the same thing.

Unfortunately, the lemon-lime flavor is too fake sweetener tasting for me, so I've been trying to use them up by mixing a little at a time into my berry one because I hate to waste them.
